Nice room and a fantastic restaurant

Very good service and a warm welcome. Very beautiful garden to relax. We enjoyed our stay very much and the only thing we missed was airconditioning.

It was our 10th visit and even better than all visits before. Especially the dinner was lovely.

Aantal keer hier overnacht op doorreis. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt. Mooie en sfeervolle kamers. Genoeg parkeergelegenheid en in de buurt ook plekjes voor prima avondeten. In hotel zelf is dit ook goed mogelijk.

There are only a few rooms and it's very quiet (except for the church next door, which rings at 8 am in case you want to sleep in). There's a staircase leading up to the rooms. Our room was cute, but as is often the case, there was no space to put toiletries in the shower room. Breakfast is limited; you have to ask for everything. With so few rooms, they should offer plated meals rather than a poorly stocked buffet. Otherwise, the restaurant is very good: refined and with fresh ingredients. All this in a peaceful setting with a large parking lot.

A nice hotel with a fabulous kitchen.

My husband stayed without me - I had had a medical problem and had had to fly home. He kindly drove the car home and loved the stay, it was easy to get a bus into Nancy & he loved visiting there in the afternoon after parking the car at the hotel. He had a delightful meal and he said the room was full of lovely touches with the furniture and large and spacious. A fantastic bathroom with a huge bath and shower. The staff were great.

It was a pleasant stay. The location of the logis is quiet, with a beautiful garden and lots of greenery surrounding it. I really liked the hotel's tasteful decor. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was classy, with exquisite, carefully prepared dishes. I also appreciated the quality of the bathroom products. The coffee in the room was good. I would have liked a kettle in the room to make herbal tea in the evening.

A fantastic stay in every respect. Ideal parking, a warm welcome, top-notch French cuisine, a creative chef, a very nice room, all beautifully designed spaces, a perfectly maintained small park, and an ideal location, making Nancy easily accessible by public transport. Finally, the wonderful nearby botanical garden is worth mentioning. The Clos Jeannon is highly recommended! Many thanks to the entire team for everything!

Due to some inconvenience during our stay, we needed some assistance, and we received it. Incredibly helpful. I've never encountered such friendly and helpful people in a hotel. Hats off.

This was our second visit to this hotel and, just like our first visit, we were absolutely thrilled. The room decor, common area, etc., are extremely beautiful and tastefully decorated. Unfortunately, we didn't get a seat in the restaurant this time, but we were absolutely thrilled on our first visit. We will definitely visit the hotel again and can only warmly recommend it.

A lovely hotel! Good location with plenty of parking. Very warm welcome before being shown to a comfortable, clean and spacious room with fine decor and a very high spec bathroom. Wi-Fi excellent. Dinner was beautifully crafted and presented. All delicious but expect corresponding prices. Nice to have the communal area where you can get tea and coffee at your convenience. Breakfast was usual continental fare - I would have liked a fruit salad option but no complaints. A memorable stay.

We were very surprised by how lovingly and tastefully this small hotel was decorated. The hosts welcomed us very warmly. The rooms, a blend of old and modern, were beautifully designed. The beds were comfortable, and we slept very well. The breakfast was also lovingly prepared. I can highly recommend this hotel.

A particularly attentive welcome from young Anaïs upon our arrival, then from Mrs. Brun thereafter. Beautiful, comfortable and bright room, decorated with great care. Beautiful designer bathroom. Calm and serenity reign in this characterful residence with a well-kept terraced garden. We are also welcomed by Kristina's smile at breakfast where a generous and varied buffet awaits you. Very attentive service in the restaurant, at the delicious dinner. A big THANK YOU to the whole team for a cocooning stay!

Beautiful exterior setting, neat and sophisticated interior design. Our room was really very large and comfortable. The only slightly disappointing point was the breakfast, classic and not very varied.

Quiet hotel in a pretty garden. Room on the 2nd floor without elevator (difficult access when mobility problems). Lack of shutters to make the room dark. But very pleasant. Breakfast: excellent welcome by the young woman (friendly, attentive and helpful). Evening staff at the meal very friendly, professional but.....forgot to include the meals on the bill! My honesty made me turn around to pay for these meals and had to provide proof of payment with a request for a corrective invoice. The meal was perfect.

The Hotel as always met our expectations, but the quality of the restaurant suffered since the former cuisinier left .

Although we received a confirmation of the reservation and a mention for their restaurant, in reality the restaurant was closed on the day of our arrival.

Beautifully renovated room with a renovated bathroom and excellent food. We had the tasting menu and were impressed by the chef's culinary skills. Highly recommended for a stopover. Unfortunately, the wardrobe was very small, making the accommodation unsuitable for a longer stay. We were passing through for one night, and everything was perfect.

Great place to stay. We biked to the beautiful city of Nancy. Hotel is small, quiet with spacious rooms. Great breakfast. A little too warm restaurant. We missed the coffee or tea in the room.

Everything was fine. The beds are too narrow for our sleeping habits. A second blanket would have alleviated the problem somewhat. The price seems too high to us, however. €120.00 would have been appropriate.

Superb discovery in a quiet area and 10 minutes from NANCY. Large parking lot for parking. Restaurant beautifully decorated with designer furniture. Very pleasant staff and contemporary and neat cuisine. Address a little difficult to find.

Unfortunately the hotel is a complete disappointment. Impersonal reception, very unprofessional. No information whatsoever about procedures (breakfast times, WIFI code, no information folder in the room). Despite the lack of a lift we were not offered any help with our luggage. Communication was difficult due to the staff's lack of English. All the employees are very young. The shower was disgusting. Mouldy grout, broken or chipped tiles on the floor. The mattress was saggy, towels very thin and were not changed. The room was not cleaned once during our 3 nights stay. There was no fresh baguette for breakfast, cheap, presumably packaged cheese and no milk for the coffee on 2 days. No variety in toppings or jams and not enough croissants for all guests. No personal communication whatsoever during the entire stay.

Finally a hotel that doesn't look like a hotel, that's the secret, you absolutely have to discover it

This hotel 🏨 is excellent! The restaurant is fantastic. The service is wonderful. We would stay here again if we come back to Nancy!

The junior suite was very convenient, quiet, nice vieuws and wel equiped. Busstop at 100m to take you to the centre of Nancy in 30 minutes. Notice: if you return you must get on the bus at place Carnot en get off in Villers les Nancy at Albert1.

We arrived on a hot day in the evening. The room was even hotter since the windows have been left open. There is no air conditioning, only a fan. In the bathroom the shower gel was empty and the soap dispenser did not work (this should be checked). Apart from this the room was nice. Breakfast was okay for me, but it could be more variety and a little fresh food. (The bread served was often burnt and the jam is the same all day). The restaurant is very good, but keep in mind that it is closed on Mondays and Sundays.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel. Beautiful place, comfortable and clean rooms. We will definitely be back but then during the week wjen the restaurant is open.

A beautiful green and calm setting, ideally located at the gates of Nancy. Refined, creative and gourmet table, of very high quality. Very comfortable accommodation. Attentive staff. We had an excellent stay!
