A lovely stay in a beautiful location. Attentive and helpful hosts, and excellent cuisine that could be described as gourmet. We highly recommend it.

Our short stay at La Bergerie was perfect! The restaurant was so good that we dined there both evenings... The welcome and service were friendly and professional, the breakfasts and meals were delicious, the (superior) room was superb, spacious and practical, the swimming pool was a real bonus, very pleasant after a day of sightseeing, what more can we say, we plan to return at the first opportunity!!! Thank you for this experience!

Paradise on earth does exist! It resides in Aragon, in the Aude region. There, our hosts do everything they can to help us unwind and savor every moment. Enjoying dishes with subtle flavors (ah, the octopus and the seared tuna!) paired with wonderful local wines, relaxing by the pool, and discovering the region with their expert advice. Kristelle and Julien, don't change a thing: you're doing a fantastic job!

La Bergerie is located in the heart of peaceful countryside north of Carcassonne. The room is pleasant, the food is good, and the recommendations for regional wines are excellent. Parking is easy. Overall, a pleasant place for a stopover or a weekend getaway.

A very nice stay at this hotel. Warm and relaxed welcome. Very good food and very good breakfast too. The pool is a plus! We had a ground-floor room with a terrace. Comfortable and cool. Note that these rooms are located below the restaurant and its terrace, so you can hear the footsteps of the waiters in the evening and people chatting on the terrace, but that didn't bother us. Beautiful view, very pleasant. Friendly service!

Pleasant and smiling welcome. The establishment offers a beautiful view in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are clean, the bedding comfortable and the towels delicately scented. On the restaurant side it is fine and tasty plus the menu allows for discoveries. We spent 1 night there, if the opportunity arises we will probably stay longer. Also note that the hotel has a swimming pool also offering a beautiful view. For a Google rating this hotel restaurant deserves a 5+ without hesitation.
