A very nice hotel, the restaurant staff are very welcoming. The only downside: not enough electrical outlets in the room.

Great unusual accommodation, only downside for me was the bedding being too hard, everything else was very good.

When you're on vacation and a bit older, breakfast time is a little "early" (9:30 am). Couldn't it be pushed back to 10:00 am? There's no self-service decaf, but I asked for one at the bar every morning and it was served very kindly. We appreciated being able to come and go from our room without disturbing anyone all day. The room and bathroom were comfortable and well-equipped.

Our second 4-night stay at this hotel was just like our first in 2023. The welcome from the owners, who run the hotel as a family, is as warm as ever. From the hotel's decor and the views from the rooms to the food, you truly feel immersed in the heart of the Basque Country. The owners are available, efficient, and make their guests feel right at home. Our recently renovated room was functional and had all the necessary amenities. The pool is lovely, as is the terrace for dining and breakfast. The restaurant offers high-quality traditional dishes, and the very generous breakfast features fresh, local products. Thank you again for this wonderful and relaxing stay.

A little corner of paradise. We stayed in the cabin. It's magnificent, very well appointed… we would have loved to extend our stay. The view, the pool, and the jacuzzi are a real plus for this establishment. It's a haven of peace, ideal for recharging your batteries.

A very beautiful place, seemingly lost in the middle of nowhere, which was exactly what we were looking for and was ideal. Unfortunately, the restaurant closed on the day of our stay, as did the other restaurant in town, forcing us to go to San Juan de Puerto for dinner, something we wanted to avoid. The room could have used some kind of fan; I'm not asking for air conditioning, but in the afternoon/evening, without mosquito nets, it was unbearable with the light on. In my opinion, the breakfast was too meager; there wasn't enough of it. The croissants and pastries were tiny and not very good, and as for savory options, there was only chorizo and cheese. It's a good option for a day trip.

Excellent welcome. This was our second visit. This time, we opted for the cabin. It's simply paradise. Everything is perfect: the decor, the comfort, the terrace, and the breakfast delivered in a basket to the cabin – it's just exceptional! We were also able to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. We will definitely be back.

A good experience at the hotel, reasonably priced, but with some areas for improvement. The heated pool is a big plus, and the lack of air conditioning was something we really missed.

Efficient, accommodating, and friendly hosts + a very well-appointed cabin + swimming pool + spa + a delicious meal = a perfect stay for a stopover or a longer holiday. No Wi-Fi in the cabin, but all things considered, it was better to take a break.

From the moment we arrived at the Hotel Andreinia, we felt that Cristelle and Eric loved their guests and would do everything to make our stay wonderful, and it was.
