Our experience with the team was mixed. The Malaysian staff member is friendly, professional, efficient, and acts as a great hostess. Many other colleagues—particularly the younger ones—lack good hospitality skills. Their communication skills are also substandard. That said, the highlights were the high quality of the beds and the shower. The location is unique. We hope to return next year, while also hoping that the younger staff members receive proper training.

Hopefully, then, no damp bottom sheet on our bed, and no dangerous kettle either.

Im Logis Katalog wird der Hotelstandard als "Hotel Elegance" angegeben. Da wir nun schon in vielen Hotels mit diesen Standard oder "Cosy" waren, ist das Hotel aktuell von dem Standard "Elegance" leider weit entfernt. Auf der Terrasse fehlte der Tisch. Nach Reklamation an der Rezeption würde uns empfohlen, einen Tisch von der Nachbarterrasse zu holen, obwohl das Zimmer auch belegt war. Der Teppich im Flur vor den Zimmern wies unzähligen Flecken auf.

In Toiletten im Restaurant waren abends die Mülleimer überfüllt, die Toilettenpapierhalterung hing von der Wand und das Toilettenpapier war zerfetzt.

Entsetzt waren wir vom Frühstück. Den Kaffee gab es aus einem 10 Liter Wärmebehälter, entsprechend war der Geschmack. Es gab eine Sorte Wurst und zwei Käsesorten. Gemüse und Honig suchte man auch vergeblich.

Everything was perfect and even more. I have rarely experienced such a warm and professional welcome, so attentive to all your requests, including finding you a room when the hotel was full! They truly strive to make your stay unforgettable. Smiles and genuine kindness abound. Impeccable professionalism. As for the restaurant, the chef and his team delight you with inventive, colorful, and flavorful cuisine made with local products – a true feast for the senses! Thank you all, and we will gladly return. I almost forgot to mention that the hotel enjoys an exceptional location, right on the beach.

Beautifully situated hotel, extensive breakfast, limited choice for dinner and very small portions. Friendly staff.

Excellent restaurant, but the portions are a little small.

On a last-minute business trip, I was lucky enough to get the last available room with an incredible sea view, between high tide in the evening and low tide in the morning. Absolutely rejuvenating! The same view, but in a larger format, in the dining and breakfast room! The welcome and service were very friendly and professional. What more can I say? I'll be back! 😉

Beautiful terrace in front of the bedrooms, but the flowerbed is overgrown with weeds. A Japanese-style garden, requiring little water or maintenance, with pebbles and succulents would be enough to beautify this large shared terrace.

Staff not very attentive...seems overwhelmed and more occupied by bar customers than hotel guests...clean room but not worth the price of 135 euros

An exorbitant price (180 €/night without breakfast) for so little service: Small room, no air conditioning, toilet in the bathroom, very small desk not practical for working, no refrigerator. No recreational services (swimming pool, sauna, gym...). A professional welcome but far from warm. Only the person serving breakfast was incredibly kind and dedicated to her customers.

Very nice hotel, well located. Spacious and clean room, but the main drawback is the quality of the bedding. The mattress has been used a lot and no longer has any support, giving me lumbago. 120 euros a night for back pain is very disappointing.

Hello, a small downside to our stay. The techno at breakfast, I was very surprised by the choice of music for the background music. For the rest, as usual, a very pleasant stay.
