Logis Hôtel Domaine de Rouffach

La chambre est vétuste, la salle de bain en mauvais état, des trous dans les murs le pommeau de douche ne peu pas etre fixé et le ménage a été fait mais en plus..... 1 des 2 robinets ne tiens quasiment plus!!! La literie est de très bonne qualités, isolation phonique est de mauvaise qualité. L'établissement est très beau, terrasse salon coté piscine au top....... les restaurants sont biens égalements. En revanche le petit déjeuner n'est pas a la hauteur pain industriel (baguette intermarché) et pas dautres choix, l'approvisionnement du buffet est compliqué souvent vide et le choix est tres très restreint malheureusement!! Jais décommandé nos petits dejeuner pour le jour d'après.

Schränke wirkten unten mit den Teppichen unsauber, Klodeckel im Zimmer war komplett gebrochen, Wasserhahn wackelte, Strahlregler am Wasserhahn fehlte komplett, Duschköpfe verkalkt, Knauf an einem Nachhttisch fehlte komplett und Spitze der Schraube ragte heraus.
Kellner fasste sämtliches Besteck beim Eindecken der Tische in der Brasserie nicht an den Griffen, sondern am sensiblen Bereich an. Kellner wirkten allgemein sehr unter Druck (schlechtes Betriebsklima ?), Spa-Bereich: Handtücher immer wieder knapp oder vergriffen, Dusch-/Haarschampoo leer oder aus der Halterung gefallen, Abblättern der Tapeten im Bereich des Whirlpools. Keine Trinkgläser und keine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer.

Zimmer nicht zeitgemäss, ungemütlich.

Très bon moment trop court hélas

My two sons and I had a lovely holiday and a pleasant stay at the hotel (Madame Sans-Gêne apartment). There was a modern bathroom and well-functioning air conditioning. The Wi-Fi worked well (which is important for the boys). In the evening, we could store our expensive road bikes indoors, which is important to us. We chose this hotel to go cycling in the region and because it is close to the Petit Ballon and Grand Ballon.

Très bien et le plus et la piscine est espace sauna et jacuzzi.

The hotel is very cozy and clean, although a bit dated. The all-you-can-eat breakfast is good quality. Overall, the welcome was very warm. There's a relaxation area with a lovely pool, which was much appreciated, especially in this heat. One small drawback is the Chez Julien restaurant. All the customers are seated outside without being asked if it's convenient, and therefore don't get to enjoy the air-conditioned dining room.

In the restaurant in the evening slow service and one butler not friendly. The team was working in chaos. Finished dished were not removed. We had a dirty knife the butler did not react friendly he should excuse to the customer

A relaxing stay, with friendly, professional staff who responded quickly to our every request! The restaurant food was delicious, with the opportunity to try typical local delicacies we'd never tasted before. A charming historic building with a relaxing hot tub.

The hotel's strengths lie in its cordiality, kindness, and excellent hospitality. Its proximity to a superb restaurant and a very good brasserie makes it easy to relax. The rooms on the third floor show a touch of age, though this doesn't detract from their comfort, and evoke the charm of hotels of yesteryear.

Unfortunately, there are shortcomings everywhere compared to other hotels of the same class in the region (especially parking, sanitary facilities, swimming pool, breakfast buffet, etc.).

Perfect, everyone is attentive, friendly, and radiates a joy of life – don't change a thing!

Tolle Ambiente und schöne Landschaft einzig die Speisekarte im Restaurant war nur auf Französisch und somit Schwierigkeiten beim Bestellen.

Charming hotel in a very quiet village, lovely little room, very comfortable bed; a high-quality breakfast with a wide selection, and not very expensive! It was perfect, a very warm welcome, very friendly and helpful staff, swimming pool, spa, everything was perfect

A pleasant hotel with old-world charm, situated at the foot of vineyard hills and boasting very good restaurants.

The hotel is aging and could use a renovation of both the premises and the decor. On the positive side, I noted the professionalism of the staff, worthy of a 4-star hotel. Among the amenities, the hot tub is very effective. On the negative side: the bathroom is shabby, with a plastic shower cubicle directly on the floor, no shower tray, a broken hairdryer, a pool that is too cold with no access to the outside to enjoy the sun, no towel available (you have to pay €5 for one!), and no complimentary bottle of water in the room either. For all these reasons, this hotel offers poor value for money.

We were welcomed by a professional and very friendly team. The rooms were very quiet with impeccable bedding. Thank you for everything.

All good aside from breakfast being without juice and did not seem super fresh, possibly since we were few guests.
Room was also about noisy. Service was excellent and beds super comfy.

The hotel was quite pleasant, but the decor was dated. The pool was dark, noisy, and not very comfortable for relaxing. The roadside terrace lacked greenery. The receptionists were fantastic!

Nice hotel, lovely pool, well located, quiet. Just needs a few more smiles from the staff, especially at the restaurant and breakfast! The Wi-Fi connection wasn't great. There were problems with the shower door not closing properly and the toilet draining being very difficult...

A wonderful experience that I'll repeat soon. One tiny drawback: the supermarket jams at breakfast... why not try Beyer or local producers instead! 😉

A very charming hotel. The spa and pool access is great, and the staff are very attentive.

Dated rooms, especially the bathroom. Cleanliness isn't exactly impeccable. The breakfast buffet is rather disappointing. Excessively expensive for the type of facility.

The hotel is very nice, the setting is really beautiful, however some points need improvement regarding the swimming pool (cold water, jets don't work, sauna board about to fall over...) and the housekeeping in the rooms (dust under the bed among other things).

Das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dafür 5 Sterne.
Wir hatten ein Stardzimmer das wa so heruntergekommen und schon sehr lange nicht mehr renoviert.
Wie soll man sich da wohlfühlen. Ja der Eingangsbereich des Hotels ist toll....vorne hui hinten pfui.

Excellent stay. High-quality service, superb breakfast, Brasserie Julien was very good with plenty of choice, and the Bohrer restaurant, which we already knew, was as perfect as ever.
