Our experience was really good ok the room is small but the location is in the center and we only stayed for one day so we didn't care for the size so much but if you think to stay more it matters... It was clean in general and we had really good opinion until this morning that when we were getting ready we saw a bedbug walking on the bed and one of us was full of bites so this dropped completely our good opinion

The only plus point is the location, very small and cramped rooms, mediocre breakfast in a hospital-like setting, filthy, smelly elevator, dirty, dusty stairs. Only two towels were provided, not even a face cloth.

Booked a quadruple room. Very minimal cleanliness (dirty sheets, other hairs present, broken television…)

This hotel is an excellent choice for a short-term stay in Colmar. Located just about 5 or so walking minutes from the old town centre, it enables comfortable viewing of all the facettes of this beautiful town. The room we had was tidy, although smallish and sparcely equipped, with a clean and properly functional bathroom. We also had an very good breakfast included.

We appreciated the proximity to the city center. The street is a bit noisy. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked very well, which was great! The bathroom was also clean but just a little small. The common areas are a bit dirty and hot in the breakfast room; it's a shame the air conditioning wasn't working properly. We recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Disastrous hotel, very dirty

An owner who runs an 80-room hotel solely with poorly paid contractors. Therefore, the service is mediocre except for the friendly reception staff. We only got access to our room at 6:00 PM (because the sheets weren't delivered that morning), and then the circuit breaker tripped when we plugged in a smartphone.

Terrible. Besides, I booked a room with twin beds and instead it had a double bed, but worse still, there wasn't even a towel in the room, and even worse, a cockroach on the bed.

Es war alles zufriedenstellend und der Portier sprach verschiedene Sprachen,das war sehr hilfreich. Dafür gibt es ein extra Sternchen

Suitable for the description and my needs

The hotel has definitely seen better days. The reception wasn't particularly friendly. None of the ladies spoke German, and their English wasn't very good. Cleanliness also left much to be desired. For starters, the elevator floor was very dirty. Upon arriving in the room, the laminate flooring looked quite worn, and the bathroom was in dire need of renovation (the grout in the shower tiles was moldy). The shower gel dispenser was empty. The mattresses were very hard for us, and the pillows had a very lumpy filling, which was uncomfortable while sleeping. At breakfast, there were no plates and only a limited amount of cutlery. Glasses for juice were also in short supply. The yogurt was frozen, and refilling the juice was either not considered necessary or only done after being requested. The hotel's advantage is its proximity to the old town (about 3-5 minutes). If you arrive by car, there's a parking lot opposite the hotel, and if you're lucky, you might even get a spot.

Very small rooms but comfortable beds. The room is quiet, and most importantly, the hotel is just a stone's throw from the city center. The staff's friendliness isn't the best, and the bathroom's cleanliness (on the second day) leaves much to be desired. It's fine for three days, if you're not expecting much. The price/quality ratio is a bit high for this type of room.

The receptionist was very friendly. The room was pleasant and clean, and the bathroom looked recently renovated and very clean. The best part was the air conditioning in the room.

The room is extremely small for two people. No place to put your luggage. Bathroom was so small. There’s no place to even put your toiletries. The elevator services customers as well as room staff, which is a problem so the Hotel has the fire alarm go off at 8:30 so everybody leaves the room that way the service people can use the elevator to get up to the floors that they need to clean. Key card had to be reprogrammed daily. The location is perfect to visit the cute little town of Colmar. They will not allow you to check in early at all, so the lobby was filled with people who wanted rooms at precisely 3 PM.

Very well located for accessing the city center, with parking opposite the property. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the air conditioning in the room.

Excellent location. Good for the money!

It's positive. It's value for money. The bed and the pillows were good, I slept well. The shower and toilet were clean, and the shower was spacious enough for a larger person. The AC did it's job. Location is also a plus, you're like 200 meters away from the old town. Would I come back? Sure.

On booking the photos looked better than reality

Great location. A basic hotel but fine for a night. Man on reception not very helpful but very good value overall and i would stay agwin.

I made a mistake with the dates and I requested a change of dates, which was entirely up to the hotel to accept it. I wanted to pay the difference in price which came with the change of dates but they were simply not willing to accept it. I don't recommend places which don't treat people with kindness.

We really liked the hotel: the location is central and there are several free parking lots nearby.

The rooms, breakfast, and staff were all excellent. The convenient and very affordable parking was a nice touch. The prices are very reasonable. I will definitely return.

Good location, good price, excellent size, and top-notch cleanliness. It's a shame the sofa bed is too small and the noise from reception is a bit loud.

The staff were very welcoming. Rooms were comfortable and the AC was working (if a little old). Loved the fact you had bicycle storage! The bathroom was unclean — hairs on the floor, in the sink and shower. The breakfast was ok but the food didn’t look fresh — the cheese and meat looked like it had been there for days. The breakfast room decor was shabby and tired.

Correte ontvangst, vriendelijke dames aan het onthaal. Kamer en badkamer waren proper, alleen mag je niiet te dik zijn wanneer je naar het toilet moet. We hadden extra betaald voor het ontbijt maar dat was wat magertjes.

We stayed the night of Friday, July 17th to Saturday, July 18th. Arriving around 5:00 PM, the welcome was very cursory. I had to take the initiative to ask for information about parking and recommended restaurants. Unfortunately, the negative points piled up from the moment we entered: • General cleanliness: The hallway floor was very dirty, and the walls were no longer white. I saw a regular customer reaching into the candy jar at reception. • Elevator: Dirty and damaged; we encountered a cleaning woman with a cart of dirty sheets. • Room: Burn marks on the floor, and the room was very cramped for two people. In the evening, we noticed mold on the floor grout. The hairdryer cord was dirty (see attached photo). It was too late to request a replacement. • Breakfast: The room was cramped and noisy, and both coffee machines were malfunctioning. The hallway floor was still dirty the following morning. Given the service, I was surprised to see some rooms listed at €51 on comparison websites. I question their condition considering the price I paid. I must admit that I hesitated to report these hygiene issues to the relevant authorities. I prefer to inform you directly first, hoping that this feedback will be constructive. Everything is outdated. The building and furnishings are in very poor condition (shelves, television, remote control, bathroom, etc.). There's a musty, damp smell in the bathroom. On the plus side, the staff were very professional and friendly, there was bicycle storage, and the location is great.

Hotel well located but staff unfriendly. The common areas are quite dirty and the rooms are small. Breakfast was okay.

I canceld the room two days before and got no money back

The photos of the rooms do not match the photos on the Booking website at all. The room is very small, and you can hear a lot of noise from outside.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. We arrived on time at 3 PM for check-in and the room wasn't ready. We weren't able to check in until 4 PM.

The breakfast room was far too noisy; the chairs scraped the floor.

From the overall cleanliness of the hotel to the breakfast, only its central location saved our stay. The toilet smelled of urine; I cleaned it myself with wipes. The bunk bed is absolutely unsuitable for children, with no safety features on the top bunk. I slept with my two children in the double bed and my husband in the lower one, as the hotel couldn't offer an equivalent room. The room was tiny, with cigarette butts on the elevator floor, and ingrained grime and dust due to a lack of daily cleaning. The staff tried their best, but they aren't magicians. They need to be given the resources to do their jobs properly.

Good value for money! However, there was sewage noise in the bathroom and the soundproofing was only average. A toaster and pain au chocolat would be a welcome addition for breakfast.

O staff muito simpático e atencioso, acedeu sempre às solicitações. No entanto, os quartos têm um péssimo isolamento acústico, tanto externo como interno. Não é justificável, que no meu quarto, no segundo piso, se oiça um cão a ladrar noutro quarto noutro piso, e que as janelas para o exterior tenham zero isolamento.

The room was small but functional, with air conditioning and a TV. A small fridge and perhaps some face and hand towels would be nice.

Nothing to do with the hotel itself, but a monstrous racket that lasted for hours with another guest. Good breakfast. Good welcome.

The room was very comfortable, a little small but very welcoming and very clean. The reception service was very warm and the included breakfast offered a good variety of choices.

Reception was okay. Explanation was very brief. Room very small, but neat. It was warm, but fortunately the air conditioning in the room was working. Parking in the parking lot was paid. The machine did cause some problems; it took a long time to get a ticket. The breakfast was well catered for. There was plenty of everything. The cappuccino was tasty. However, the "dining room" was very uninviting. Booked via Booking.com for a good price for one night while passing through.

Soba sa toaletom i minijaturnim hodničićem je smešno mala, ne mozeš se ni okrenuti a kamoli zadovoljiti minimum ljudskih potreba za prostorom i konforom. Napominjem da smo i ja i supruga relativno niski i tanki i da nsm ne treba veliki prostor, ali ovo je zaista i smešno i žalosno, istovremeno. Enterijer je u ispravnom ali dosta ostećenom i istrowenom stanju, naročito kupatilo, tuš kabina i lavabo sa baterijama za vodu.
Źalosno, šta se sve izdaje gostima hotela.
